Shruti Hasan, Shraddha Kapoor And Sonakshi Sinha Failed As Item Girls

Item numbers are considered a hit formula for Bollywood. From 'Chikni Chameli' to 'Lovely', these tracks have been superhits because of their catchy music and not-to-forget the item girls.

But while some like Katrina Kaif and Deepika Padukone excelled at item numbers, there were a few leading ladies who missed the mark.

 Sonakshi Sinha

"Tevar" actress Sonakshi Sinha was unable to show the right tevar (attitude) for her item number 'Thank God It's Friday'. It was from the flop Sajid Khan film "Himmatwala". The film was already a disaster and on top of that, the item song was a dud too.

Shraddha Kapoor

Shraddha Kapoor is cute, beautiful and sexy, but her charm didn't work as an item girl. Her item song 'Basanti' in Emraan Hashmi's film "Ungli" failed to impress the viewers. Now, the actress is going to appear in Remo D'Souza's dance film "ABCD 2". We hope that the actress does justice to that.


Shruti Haasan

The South Indian diva Shruti Haasan failed to win votes as an item girl when she appeared in 'Madamiya' with Arjun Kapoor in the film "Tevar."
